About Maile Foster
The first thing you should know about Maile is that she’s a grandmother. She loves grandkids, and she loves Colorado. She loves hiking and snow skiing in our great outdoors. As a small business owner, she is excited to shake things up at the State Capitol and be a Common-Sense Independent who will get things done!
Her mission in life was to raise her son “to be an asset to society.” This drove her ambition and desire to succeed. Maile secured a job as a secretary at IBM, and with the educational support of IBM, was able to have a 20-year career in administration, and management. It’s through her work at IBM that she was able to attend various executive education courses at Harvard and develop effective leadership and business management skills through many varied experiences throughout the country.
Maile knows how to work on a budget. As a single mother, through her professional career, and as a small business owner, she worked with budgets big and small. Her career at IBM included having general management and profit and loss responsibility for a $35 million operation as manager of the IBM operation in Montana.
Since moving to Colorado over 19 years ago, Maile transitioned her management consulting practice to that of a financial advisor. She has been dedicated to helping create financial peace of mind and confidence for her clients ever since.
